FALL CUPCAKES for Thanksgiving

These chocolate or yellow cupcakes were topped with a light mango flavored whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles. I added fondant fall colored leaves for the toppers. I liked how it looked- very fall-ish!

FINDING NEMO

This cake was especially made for my two year old son on his birthday. I had a lot of fun making his cake (without the help of my husband). I can honestly say I did this cake ALL BY MYSELF where as in the past, my husband has lent a hand or two. My son loves his NEMO cake.
