It was the first time I used this tip for a cake as I usually work with fondant more. My hand hurt but it was tons of fun.

A friend of mine was getting married, I volunteered to make the cake. It was a three tiered cake. White and chocolate cake with chocolate mocha filling. I left the fondant white, wrapped ribbon - blue which was their motif color, and added custom made butterflies to the cake. It was a bit stressful as my cake was being to crack, never again to use a different fondant brand I have not worked with. But in the end of it all, it looked pretty good... And I got a lot of compliments on the cake.
November 3rd was my son's Fall Festival. I volunteered to bake for the bake sale. I decided to make Heath Chocolate Cupcakes. The cake was chocolate fudge with crumbles of Heath pieces, topped with a vanilla buttercream, drizzled with chocolate ganache with a piece of Heath on top. I was very proud of myself! Delicious and it looked so sinful!

This cake I had to travel about 8 hours to deliver and decorate for my nephew. He was turning ONE! I had to be there...
He loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse and this is the cake design I did for him.
Its surrounded by favors put together by his mom. Love the bright colors!

So this cake was for a friend of mine- her beautiful daughter turned one. They had a luau theme going... and I loved this cake!
The bottom layer was a grass skirt, the middle layer with a bikini top, and the top layer was how old she was turning.. with sugar hibiscus toppers (with the help of Dhanya my teacher).

I made this cake for a family who are originally from Hawaii. We had a surprise Luau theme party for them. The three of them were born in January. I was happy they loved the cake.
This was the first time I attempted to make models of people. Im pretty content with my first try... practice makes perfect!
