Lavendar Hydrangea Cake

This cake was for my friend's aunt's 70th birthday. It was a very light lavendar color fondant with fondant pastel stripes on the middle layer finished off with a lavendar grosgrain ribbon. The cake was decorated with fresh hydrangeas that make the cake pop out even more.

I absolutely love it!!!

UP, UP and AWAY

This cake is made with French Vanilla and Chocolate Cake with Strawberry Cheesecake Buttercream. The theme for the birthday was "Balloons." I wanted to put two little animals inside the basket, but for the size of the cake it wasnt going to fit.
